Page 1: One Step Beyond Mentoring Scheme – Pre-Scheme Impact Questionnaire

This post-scheme questionnaire is designed to evaluate the impact of the CLES One Step Beyond Research and Academic Staff Mentoring Scheme on mentees and filled in after each mentoring relationship has reached completion. The results will be used to support future Athena SWAN applications, identify the scheme’s impact and improve its format and supporting materials for future users. All questions are optional, and you are not required to identify yourself via noting your email address, though doing so would enable an individual impact analysis to be conducted. All results will be anonymised and amalgamated before being reported so individuals are not identifiable.

This questionnaire should take roughly 5 minutes to complete.

If you have any further questions regarding the CLES One Step Beyond Mentoring Scheme and this analysis, please contact onestepbeyond@exeter.ac.uk
